Pia Valär from Zuoz studied illustration at the Edinburgh College of Art in Scotland. Today she works as a freelance illustrator in Zurich. Her playful, often animal-themed works have been widely acclaimed. She has recently realized the “Free my Internet” project with the University of St. Gallen. Nevertheless, she remains true to her Rhaeto-Romanic roots. Her book “Löwe gesucht” was also published in Rumantsch.
