Description
Designed by Cosey
The trans-Helvetian poster for the December/January winter issue on the theme of ‘All’ is dedicated entirely to the joy of snow, ski tours and winter activities.
Cosey (born Bernard Cosandey) is one of the most famous Swiss comic artists. After an apprenticeship as a graphic artist, Cosey was Derib’s assistant from 1970 and coloured various albums for him. He began his multi-volume adventure series Jonathan in 1975. The comic character Jonathan is a European dropout travelling through the Himalayan region, especially Tibet. It has autobiographical traits.
Since 1985, Cosey has mainly drawn individual comic novels with changing main characters. What they have in common is that they embark on external and internal journeys. The story published in two albums, In Search of Peter Pan, from which the subject of the ‘All’ poster originates, is set in a small village in the Valais Alps at the end of the 1920s.
